At the end of the day, you can do what you want of course, but the purpose behind blinds or curtains is not the same one that window tint serves. Window tint is going to help you block a lot of the sunlight that is coming in, but not in a way that curtains will. Window tint can actually help you ensure that less heat is getting into your home. Having a direct impact on the amount of energy that you are having to use to keep cool in the summer.
