Car wrapping has really taken off in the last few years as a popular way to update the overall look of a car without actually getting into fixing the paint job. There are a couple of reasons why we happen to believe that this may be a great option for you. At the same time, we know that this particular procedure has some limitations and some perks as all things do. We want to take the time then to basically compare a lot of the benefits and the things that are not so great for you with regards to car wrapping.
You Are Getting A Quality Product
It is hard for us to admit this, but a lot of times it really does not matter that much how skilled you are at installing a car wrap. If you are installing a pretty cheap product it is very likely that the car wrap is going to start to unravel sooner rather than later. So to be honest a major component that allows us to be able to have success with this service is the fact that we apply high-quality wraps. All from the top manufacturers such as 3M and others.
What Color Options Do You Have Available?
This is going to depend on what we have in stock and what the manufacturers are going to be able to provide for us if we don’t have exactly what you are looking for in stock. We would say though that at this point in time there is a wide variety of colors available for you. This, (the lack of variety in colors), was one of the things that sort of held the industry back a couple of years ago. Right now though, most manufacturers are going to be able to provide a very wide selection.
What Happens To The Original Paint?
Actually nothing just as long as the wrap is set up properly and removed properly when you look to remove it. If you really think about your original paint job is going to be fully protected under the wrap. Once the wrap wears down or you feel that you want to go back to the original paint job we are going to be able to peel the wrap off and your original paint should be just like it was before you put the car wrap on. You don’t have to do anything special to the paint when setting it up either.
Don’t Just Go Out & Buy Car Wrap
We would not recommend that you go on ahead and buy car wrap on your own and try and get it on the vehicle unless you have previous experience on the matter. What is the worst that could happen if you do? Well, you could accidentally peel off a lot of the original paint and you could be spending a lot of extra money on the project. Give us a call instead and we will be sure to get you the proper help.
